Within one business day, you will receive a reply confirming that your message was received and proposing two or three specific time slots for a thirty-minute introductory call. That call is free of charge and carries no obligation. Its purpose is to establish whether your situation falls within the scope of our advisory services and, if so, which service area is most relevant to begin with. We do not pitch or quote fees on a first call — that comes after the initial audit, once we understand your actual position.

Preparing for Your First Conversation

You do not need to prepare anything specific before contacting us. If you have a recent portfolio or asset summary to hand, it is helpful — but not required. Most clients arrive at the first meeting with a general sense of concern (“I am not sure my arrangements are still appropriate”) rather than a specific question. That is a perfectly valid starting point. What we ask is that you arrive willing to discuss your actual financial situation openly. Capital protection advice cannot be effective if it is based on an incomplete picture. Anything you share in a client consultation is treated with strict professional confidentiality and is never disclosed to third parties without your written consent.
